  I really like buffalo wild wings, they have great food and it's a good place to watch a game. It tends to be very crowded on the weekends or game nights. It can get pricey depending on what get.

  My friends and I come here quite often, usually we get pretty good service. The food is also usually good. But we had a waitress (Ashley) tonight and she rarely came back to check on us and we were her only table. Our drinks must have sat on the bar for awhile before she brought them cause they had already separated. Our wings were cold when they got to our table. Thankful that the manager helped us out. Also Ashley charged us for the side of ranch we ordered and your supposed to get a free sauce with your meal. Simply not ok.

  What happened?!?!
  
  We use too go here every Thursday, but stop for a year after it went down hill. Horrible service and food repeatedly over three week period(we even tried different servers and seating).a month ago we tried again and the services and food was amazing! But... we want last night and the male Hostess refused to sit us even though there was multiple clean tables he could have pushed together( he told us he wasn't allowed to push them together yet later after he sat us multiple those tables were put together for other parties) our server also email blonde hair glasses, didn't know any of the beers that you guys served because his words "I don't drink so I don't know what we have" it took us over an hour to get our food I'm 15 minutes just to get our drinks including our kids. I ordered a traditional kids meal with vegetables. He brought us a boneless kids meal with fry. My daughter was hungry so I just had her use ketchup and told her they were like chicken nuggets instead.. I'm also really upset on a different topic that you guys got rid of the yellow mac and cheese... we have given you guys multiple chances, I do not intend on dining in the Riverdale Buffalo Wild Wings ever again!
  
  My husband watched one of the heavy set female waitresses touch another customers food too see if it was cold! As she was walking it out too then!!

  First experience here was a great one! I read some bad reviews prior to my visit today and was worried but my buddy and i have no complaints. I believe our server's name was Brian and he did very well as far as service and explaining the best deals for half price wing Tuesday. Our order was correct and delicious. Brian was very kind and prompt with everything. Will be going here again.
